The University of Mobile offices will be closed from Friday, December 19 through Friday, January 2. Transcript requests received after 2pm on Wednesday, December 17 will be processed when the University reopens on Monday, January 5.
Additionally, transcript requests submitted by CURRENTLY enrolled students will be held until all end-of-semester processes have been completed by our Registrar’s office staff.
We serve the students, faculty, staff and alumni through registration, course schedules, classroom management, academic support, and maintaining student records.
Our mission is to support teaching, learning and student development by maintaining the integrity of academic policies and the student information system.
Orders for Official Transcripts can be made through The National Student Clearinghouse.
There are 2 options for this:
- $10 for 3-5 Business Days processing plus additional fees (NSCH adds this)
- $25 for an electronic copy of the transcript plus additional fees (NSCH adds this)
No charge for unofficial transcripts.
*Due to the high volume of transcript requests at this time, please allow an additional 10-14 days for processing.
